Daniel Ott:

Daniel graduated with the highest merit of a Distinction from the industry renowned Gateway School of Recording.  After numerous efforts to break into the industry including a brief time at Sarm Studios in West London he settled into the role of Sound Engineer at Rive Droite Music, Kingston-Upon-Thames.  He was given every opportunity here to further develop and learn all aspects of recording studios, engineering and mixing.  This allowed him to then take over the role of Studio Manager looking after every aspect of the four studios on a technical level alongside his responsibilities as Chief Protools Engineer.

In such a short space of time Daniel had worked alongside many successful writers and artists including Marc Almond, Heather Small, Mark Ronson, Estelle, Soshy, Katherine Jenkins, Smash!!, Shelia Ferguson, Keedie and even the Chuckle Brothers.

When Sir Harry and Ben decided to start up Private and Confidential Music Daniel chose to follow to help them get the business underway.  He took on all aspects of the studio design taking it from the initial brief to what we see today.  Along with engineering duties he is also our resident website developer so any problems you come across or queries you may have then please let him know here!
